About Us

PURPOSE
Our aim is to reach as wide a population of the visually impaired as we can, so that we all feel part of the community.

WHAT WE DO
We produce, on audio tape cassette and CD, news taken from local newspapers across Dorset.
there are also magazine features, interviews and items of personal interest.


Additionally we record BH Life and Home News
for Bournemouth Council these CDs are available
from Bournemouth Public Libraries.

Our studio is in Winton.


DISTRIBUTION
Our tapes and CDs are produced and sent out,
on a fortnightly basis,

FREE OF CHARGE.
All you need is a simple cassette or CD player.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?
By letting us know about anyone who is
visually impaired or partially sighted
and who would be interested
in receiving our tapes or CDs.


This charity is run entirely by volunteers,
there are NO paid helpers at all.
Their work includes editing, reading,
recording duplicating and administration.

with recording or duplicating, please contact us.
